Not long ago, our founder, Chris, wrote about her love\/hate relationship with Purpose<\/a>. Because there is SO much literature and research on the concept of Purpose now – from the 2002 Christian take in The Purpose Driven Life<\/em> to Oprah\u2019s The Path Made Clear<\/em> and Simon Senek\u2019s Start with Why<\/em>, it is becoming increasingly difficult to understand what someone means when they say Purpose<\/em>. We want to be clear that we believe your organization can – and should<\/em> – have an organizational purpose.
